Check the silver or black label on the outside panel of your unit. As mentioned, on the first line, in large and bold characters is the model number. The unit's serial number appears just under the second bar code.

NOTE : In some cases, the sequence of the serial number may be different. Just make sure you write down the serial number properly, and contact us as soon as possible.
